Kraft Handi-Snacks Ritz Crackers 'n Cheez

For those who grew up in the '90s, this would be a familiar break snack which we looked forward to whipping out from our bags once the recess bell chimes in our ears. As kids we loved everything that was hands on, and not only did this snack feel like arts and craft, the most amazing part of it was that the final product was edible! All we had to do was to use the little flat red plastic to spread the awesomeness (cheese) onto the crackers and devour them! In addition to that it helped our little minds to do division as we had to ensure that we portioned the cheese equally to sufficiently cover every piece of cracker available. Frankly, there was never enough cheese. It's safe to say that it was one of the snacks which molded our generation into cheese lovers. Unfortunately after some time, this snack has been taken off supermarket shelves and can no longer be found anywhere in Singapore. If anyone could explain the rationale as to why such a delicious and fun snack has been taken off the shelves, I would love to provide a listening ear. Recently, I have been feeling nostalgic for some ritz crackers 'n cheese dip, however shipping it from abroad is too costly.
